Assessment and Therapy
We work in schools, local authorities and healthcare institutions. We also assess children for input into their Education Health Care Plan (EHCP).
Our speech and language therapists offer a range of assessments for individuals with speech, language and communication difficulties.
From assessment results, observations and discussions with the individual, their family and other professionals the speech and language therapist will be able to provide a detailed report and a suitable management option.

We offer a screening assessment for assessment of speech and language therapy.
An assessment report will provide detailed information on the type of communication difficulty the individual has, the severity of their difficulty and any advice or recommendations for treatment.
Weekend Appointments Available
WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE for both neurodevelopmental and speech and language therapy sessions.
Our Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs) are experienced, established and experts in their plethora of fields. We believe in creating an environment that is supportive fun, and enjoyable in order for your child to be able to access and enjoy our sessions. We do everything to understand your child’s strengths and interest will enable us to create sessions that are specially tailored for your child’s individual needs.
Our aim is to work in partnership with parents/caregivers, other professionals and schools to offer a high quality, evidence based and effective therapy that is most appropriate to support your child.
Initial assessment and therapy sessions are available at clinic, home, nursery/school, telehealth via Teams/Zoom
Initial assessment includes:
- Discussion about your concerns
- Formal/informal assessment of your child’s needs
- Feedback/goal Setting
- Brief summary report
